Thank you for completing the Notice of Intent in respect of your move to APTIS.

We will now begin our 'know your customer' checks. Following this we will contact you to obtain the remaining information and forms needed to set up your new APTIS scheme with Aviva, including the data requirements for those employees joining the scheme.

Once the new scheme is set up we will invite your administrative users to join a WebEx where we will provide full training support on the My Money platform used to administer APTIS.

e.g. different rates for Teachers/ Support Staff, offerings by length of service

E.g. Employer/Employee contribution rates plus any additional flexibilities. Please confirm the default Employee and Employer percentage contribution rates as well as the minimum and maximum rates available. Please provide as much detail as possible

Does your payroll software cover your Automatic Enrolment compliance requirements?
Do you intend on using salary sacrifice for the scheme?
